My Story

"I have always loved home construction. While in my 20's, I spent 8 years building homes-  installing exterior components, including flashing, roofing, and siding. Concurrently, I attended tech school, where I studied basic electric, motor & controls, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration & plumbing. I have 25 years combined experience in home construction, and remodeling & repair. My work experience also includes 4 years with a  private lumber retailer where I learned all aspects of the home building business. I have been an Illinois licensed home inspector since 2017.
